The biggest surprise of round 2 in East Asia Super League took place in Okinawa where host Japanese Golden Kings edged Filipino Bolts 77-74 on Wednesday evening. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Ryukyu made 8 blocks. The game was dominated by American players. The best player for the winners was forward Victor Law (201-1995, college: Northwestern, agency: Pensack Sports) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. Power forward Jack Cooley (206-1991, college: Notre Dame, agency: Pensack Sports) chipped in 18 points and 7 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). Forward DJ Kennedy (198-1989, college: St.John's) produced a double-double by scoring 30 points and 12 rebounds for the guests. American forward Cameron Clark (201-1991, college: Oklahoma, agency: Slash Sports) replied with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds for HK Eastern.
